This is a 2-day, in-office operational workshop hosted at our headquarters. Expect zero motivational talks—this is tactical execution.

On Day One, we break down how we fast-track growth, recruit top talent, and make high-return decisions using the same execution frameworks we use across our portfolio.

On Day Two, we get hands-on. We separate into small groups and work directly with our directors—specialized in marketing, sales, people, profit, and strategy—to build real systems for your business. You won’t leave with ideas. You’ll leave with execution.

Libby and Chris DeLucien are operators, builders, and partners behind a portfolio of businesses spanning home services, recruiting technology, and operational education.

Together, they’ve spent over a decade building and scaling real companies—inside the mess of execution—learning firsthand where businesses break, where owners get buried in complexity, and what actually works when growth is required to support real life, not replace it.

Libby is the founder of 1 Layer Deep™, 1LD.ai, WootRecruit, Sell Convert Clean,  and Organize It, and the creator of the Map → Refine → Execute philosophy. Her work centers on removing the layers between intention and execution—helping owners simplify operations, build structure that holds, and execute clearly without chaos.

Chris is the operational backbone behind the systems—bringing structure, discipline, and technical execution to the businesses they build. Together, they focus on creating tools and environments that replace guesswork with clarity and ownership.

Across their companies, Libby and Chris have worked closely with operators and teams responsible for hundreds of millions in annual revenue—designing systems, hiring frameworks, onboarding flows, and execution rhythms that support sustainable growth.
